Default Hp 500 Rebuild

Hey Guys !
I want to rebuild my '98 HP 500s {300 hrs} (carbs) in my 353 Fastech and need your direction.
I want to go the cubic inch route rather than superchargers. I'd like to be in the 650hp range and have a 90mph target.
I've read your data on heads and its VERY helpful !
Where can I go for reputable information on what else I need to do to hit my goals ? [specific cams, pistons, props etc]
Its not a no-budget project but I do believe you get what you pay for in most cases.
I also want to keep my silent thunder; does that restrict me ?
Your input and help is very much appreciated.
As you might guess, I'm not a technical person but certainly appreciate those of you who are !
Thanks in advance !

Jack, where are you located? Do you already have a REPUTABLE shop in mind that you KNOW without doubt that is up to building/upgrading marine engines that is in your area----OR are you looking for a shop to do the work??? Are you willing to ship them out of state to a reputable shop? Just be careful who you choose to do them!

You can turn those HP500's 502's into some 540cid engines that will get you near the 650hp mark.
