I have some twin actuator bennetts that I would like to increase the length. Are there some upgrades? Can you change to Kplanes and use bennett electronics?

Next step up is to K-Planes. And no, you can't use the Bennett pump. K-Planes use one like the Merc drive trim uses.
When Victory Tim Tabs was in business they made longer tabs to fit the Bennett system. The owner passed away and nobody has picked up the product yet.

If you really, really feel the need for longer plates, and really don't want to take the plunge for K-Planes, simply add an aluminum plate shaped correctly by either having it welded on or rivet it on yourself. 3/16" aluminum plate would be reasonably OK if you're just adding 2-3 inches. I'm guessing that your boat is not too large or you wouldn't be using Bennett's. If you could get it anodized either clear or color, it will look good longer. I wouldn't add very much length as the Bennett hardware isn't designed for much stress past the design. If you are handy at all you could do this fairly easily and cheaply. Since you have twin ram, you should be able to stand a little larger plate.
This is the poor mans larger tab. If you are much more than 3000-4000 lbs, I wouldn't do this. I've seen it done a couple of times with good success on small boats. One was a 21' Donzi and one a 23' Baha.
Some will shudder at this, but it can be done. There used to be some larger aftermarket plates for Bennett. That would be a good option also.
Good luck.

In response to the size of boat it is a 32 Envision Intruder ie slow and heavy and only a single. It has a leaning problem that I have heard many of the Envision's have especially the singles. I will look into a full upgrade. Thanks
