Got the BMAX's mounted
#1
Well we got the BMAX's mounted on the Eliminator - now for the steering. .....
Do I set the tie bar so the drives are perfectly square? or should one "toe" in or out?
I remember reading somewhere about setting just off center.
BTW - It's a 28 Daytona.
I'm also in need of some type of teflon spacer to take up the gap where the steering mounts to the back of the drive. The BMAX has a wider gap than the others.
Thanks

I have the IMCO steering and they had spacers designed to fit the Bmax plate. You should check with your steering manufacturer. Otherwise plastic spacers will work. They just don't look as good.

Just got off the phone with Ron @ IMCO Nevada - he's hooking me up - and at no charge!! Holy Cow! That's a first! LOL!!!
Any other input on setting the steering???
Thanks
