Default 454 stroker

I have a Gen V 454 +.030 freshly machined block that I want to make a 489 out of it. I am looking for ~500 - 525 hp NA. Which crank to use, an after market cast steel crank or a 4130 or a 4340? Scat, Eagle, or Callies? Can I use a 2-piece with an adapter? Also, what rod length, 6.135 or 6.385?

Thanks in advance for all the replies.

I used a Scat crank. We had to machine it to get within tolerances. Longer rods. Worked great! Making 500HP should be no problem.
