I really dont know much about cams, what the the lift, duration, ect.. means. this is on a 350
I found the specs on the one I'm running now.
duration @.050 is 230, exh is same
duration SAE 287, exh is same
cam lift .320, exh is same
gross valve lift .480, exh is same
center line 107, exh 111
rocker arm ratio 1.5
I'm not sure how much of a performance cam this is but it sounds pretty good

There's probably a few options you can do...
Take advice from someone a reputable engine builder who perhaps has dyno tested a specific cam with the same engine specs as you have that he knows works real well,...
....or maybe someone's advice here within the forum on a shelf cam that may work well or at least get you in the "ball park" which would be fine.....
...or better yet, if you really want a cam dialed in for your application, for only about an additional $60-$70 you can call/consult with RMbuilder Bob Madara of Marine Kinetics. Bob will take all your engine info and have a cam specked out and custom ground cam for your application. Bob calculates all the info, guess work and in the back of your mind you will know you have gotten the best advice from someone with integrity, knowledge, and experience. He has helped a lot of guys here on OSO.
