Default KPM Pump Impellers

Will a stock bravo sea pump impeller work in a KPM pump? How about one of those globe blue impellers? I need to replace one that flew apart and have had no luck getting a replacement.

If you are using the sea water replacement pump from KPM, I was told the stock impeller would fit. That is the one that you bolt the front pulley housing on to..

Hope this helps.

Yeah thats the one Mr G. I thought they looked like the bravo impeller but don't remember for sure. The one in this engine disinegrated so I can't compare it to a bravo piece, and the one in the other engine is still mounted and working fine and I'm too lazy to tear it out just for that. Thanks for the feedback.

KPM claims that they are different but they don't look different to me. Call Fred at Trick Marine and he will give you an honest answer.

Yeah I backflushed them alright offthefornt, right back into the drive .... doh. Oh well, that was an easy fix although rather annoying.

How about the globe blue impellers? I image they would work with the kpm too then? Seems like that would add some additional insurance.

I sent an email Sunday Too Old with my address. You may need to scroll down the email a bit because it was a resend of an earlier email. Let me know if you didn't get that email.
