Best way to full holes

What is the best way to fill rail screw holes with out repainting? Boat is white..Thanks

You could try to blend in gel coat, maybe?????

I am thinking about removing the bow rail..for that sleeker look ? I just want something that will blend and stay in the holes for awhile till im ready to paint in a year or so?
