Default Puke tank or Raised breathers?

Been running alot of different blower motors and all of them have the same problem. Oil coming out of the breather under alot of load. I see that teague runs a stepped breather exstension. I wondered if they work well or if I am better off using a puke tank?

I use raised breathers but I don't run blowers. I would suggest a vacuum pump.

Well I would love to run the breather hoses into the blower but we are running a different blower this year. Its a 14-71 blower shop blolwer with a endreli fuel injection bird catcher. We just got it back from Pfaff wed. Made 1018hp with 91 octane. I was looking at the dyno pull on video and this motor even had oil comming out of the breather. Tired of cleaning it up and smelling it.

Hi Ryan, When are you guys looking to go? My motors about done too. Dyno on the 4th of april. Sell that Whipple yet? I am considering something under the valve covers to stop flying oil droplets from coming out of the breather lines. I dont like it either. In a boat the ring gaps are huge as well as the blower raising the cyl pressure so high its hard to get away from it. It might get better as the rings get seated better. Did you guys notice a speed gain putting a nose cone on the 25 Eagle? I went 96 last year without and now adding one.

I have a 96 25 eagle, curious as to what kinda power your running to make 96 mph. I'm running 80 right now with 500hp, n/a, stock bravo one.

Hi 321,
509 Brodix heads, "741" crane roller cam and an m-4 procharger. 7 psi boost. I will know the horsepower on April 4th. I have never dyno'd the motor. Did you buy your boat from a guy in Monroe wisc?

Ryan what are you expecting for topend?

Two friends of mine are running the extended breathers...they said it helped a lot...they aren't running blowers though...self aspirated 900's turning around 6,600rpm...if you're around the same rpm it shouldn't matter...want me to ask them more?
