Just heard a newscast that fuel on the water could bust 5 bucks/gallon by summer, this is getting ridiculous, guess we should buy futures or a tanker.

I built a 120 gallon fuel trailer last year, cost me around 1K run a 120' hose w/ eletric pump down to dock, I figured it will take 3 years for ROI, (return on investment) not a bad investment in business terms. Also those nights when the marina is not open I have fuel, to go out

Got to be carefull with the trailer thing. I think that there is a max gallons that you can pull with out a CDL.
I use the gas caddies for now cuz I can use my friends docks. There is no way to get down the hill at my dock..

From the AIA/Kiplinger letter 03-30-07:
Summer gasoline prices will be better behaved than a year ago. Refineries are humming along at near full capacity, oil prices remain moderate, and the geopolitical climate is calmer than last year. Look for the national average price of gasoline to peak at about $2.80. Diesel, however, will top $3 in July because of clean air requirements.

Hazmat legal whatever, I only trailer about 4 miles from the closest Chevron. I used 3/4" hose, 15 GPM 12V pump, and a used 120 gallon AL tank off a Tractor Trailer, oh and a old seadoo trailer. Also I figured it was easier/safer to run a 120' hose from the drive way to the dock than get 120 gallons up and down the yard.
Oh here is where I ordered my chit from, you won't find the same quality cheaper anywhere, I looked for ever.
