I dont know anything about eggbeaters, but I do know 2 stroke motorcycle engines. in 1993 I ran a 24 hour endurance race on an aircooled yamaha 2 stroke atv. motor put ut 15hp stock modified to around 25. used trick 112 octane with yamlube R. motor was running pretty good at the end but upon teardown, the top end was done. In 2003 did the same race, same motor built to put out 40+ hp (just a little tweaking from the original 15) ran trick 112 with Amsoil dominator oil. after the race compression was unchanged, upon teardown motor looked in excellent shape. I will never use anything but Amsoil in a 2 stroke again.

Back in the Jet Ski racing days, we used only Maxima Castor 927 castor based 2 stroke oil. I don't think it works with oil injection though. you might check out their other stuff to see if it is compatible.

With the 225 Opti's there's no reason to run anything other than the Merc. Premium Plus.

It would be a different story if it were a high revving race motor.

castor based oils like a certain temp range. too hot or too cold and it will gum everything up all to hell, stuck rings, buildup on the piston crown etc.

Golden Spectro 2 cycle, black and gold bottle.
Mix it 50:1 in all my 2 stroke engines, dirt bikes, chain saws weed wackers, NEVER had a engine failure in 20+ years Never changed that many plugs either.
If I was going to inject it, I would use Spectro's Golden Snowmobile injector oil. The premix stuff would be too concentrated in an injector system.

Amsoil, used in it in everthing from my lt250r suzuki Qaudracer to all my 2 stroke ski's, ran everthing hard as piss never had the first issue, also once i switched over to Amsoil never fouled another plug.
