Default dropped floor in 28

Have any of you been in the original straight floor 28 and compared it to the dropped floor.
I wondered about the foot placement and general comfort while cruzing.

The dropped floor gets you in the boat more. However, I think Pantera should make it a bit wider. A few inches on either side would give the person more stability. For taller people the dropped floor is an added benefit.

I've stood in one, but never actually driven a boat with the dropped the floor. Its only about a 4" drop.

I don't think they can make it wider because of where the stringers are located.

I guess it's not as wide as the frame of the bolster.
I think mine would be better if the angle on the foot rest started lower..... like the dropped set up. I think it would give me more options while driving.

I wonder if Jo has a fiberglass pan already made up??

I like mine... here I ride seated but when I went to Destin and when I go to Grand I prefer to stand in it and lean back in to the Bolster- very secure
