Before you replace hatch actuator test it by hard wiring at the actuator pump direct to 12 V DC. I have the same boat. It will corrode at fuse box under right side rear seat. Clean corrosion and WD 40. Other problems are with two way switch. connection coming loose under dash or just burning out.

What measurement do you need. Fully extended? It comes with a stainless swivel link. It will retract about another 5 inches when hatch all the way down. It tops out quickly. My opinion cold usee another 5 inches of extension. Swivel link allows you to open hatch if power fails. My 22foot v100 had the same actuator. I would says a 22 would work. Tell me what dimension you need.
