boat actually has Corsa 50/50 but I need a used set of real silent choice. Y pipe is already there of course.

Also need for another boat wiring harness for silent choice with the king of black resistance that is roughly 3-4 inches long by 1/2 inches wide (kind of a cylinder)

A buddy called me today and asked me if I knew anyone who wanted his silent choice stuff. I believe it came off 500's. I'll try to find more info. (Is this for the stock cast exhaust on the 496???)

yes stock exhaust on 2005 496 mag. Apparently I need the one that fit on 496 cause other apparently won't fit...

Hello, I have a 01 496 ho mag.with the corsa silent choice.
I just took it all off and put on the cmi 496 header kit.
I did not pull the engin to remove the (I think its the y pipe)
I just put caps on them.
This is everything, exhaust manafoled, risers, some water
lines, all the stuff that was removed to install the header kit.

if I understand what you are saying, you have exactly what I have actuaaly on the boat. I need the real silent choice. The one that closes the straight pipe, and direct exhaust down below. What you have I think, does not have the solenoid that really blocks the straight pipe, right?

I have a new set, never installed $425.
