Some info I found on the Texas website gave me their "Franchise Tax Certification of Account Status" and the file number. It also gave me the name of their registered agent, but no phone number. I don't know what the registered agent is for.

This is who owns the website that is not active...State of Florida has no listing for this Company. Might be the web developers address.

Is it the same people? The website of the people I bought from is www.instigatortrailers.com .

Kind of at a loss here................... if you can get their TX franchise account status then the same screen has a button labeled "Officers and Directors" which should be the owner. It will not have contact info, but an address - so I guess you could write them a letter.

And you have the website............so you could just call and ask............unless I'm missing something here.

Thanks for the help Tax Man! That is odd they have a FL address as well. Brett is the person I have been in contact with all along. I actually spoke with him just a little while ago and he agreed to take care of the issues I have. Hopefully there will be follow through. I'll keep this info handy though.

TexomaPB, under the officers and directors page, there is a Director named with an address in California. What's going on with this deal? I know Brett is in Texas, but now we findo info from FL and from CA? That's a little odd.

Don't tell me you got screwed around on your new trailer. Do you you need me to go down and smack them around some?

I hope not. I've got them talked into taking it back and fixing the problems. I guess we'll see what happens from there!
