How does this sit with you!? $214,590 for a 25' boat!! Yes, the new pricing is out for the Formula 271 and that is what one will cost you with all the bells and whistles!

And NO trailer with that either BTW...

The whole thing is outa controll, not just Formula but all of them. Who do they think is going to be buying these things in a couple a years when it gets so far outa controll you have to be a multi millionair to aford that 25ft boat and feed and insure it. The sport is gone for the average joe.

There are some center console 28-30' fishing boats on the market with twin 225 outboards and nothing and I mean nothing for seating, no cabin, no graphics...just really a fiberglass hull, steering and 2 mid powered outboards that cost $180-210k!!!! WTF!

I was just discussing this today. There has to be a ton of profit in it for dealers and mfgrs. It's just crazy what they are asking for what you get. I think they have capitalized on the booming housing market and economy for the last few years but it's going to catch up with them soon. Especially with the used market flooded like it is now. When I can buy a boat like this for $200K:

Why on earth would I want to buy a new 25' boat for more???
