We have been asked a thousand times to do that upgrade, and there is not enough room for the Y-Pipe. If you figure it out, let me know.

Quick & quiet 2 is non-switchable, so it splits between transom and hub all the time. Its stock on them now. So yes a y-pipe will fit. Quick & Quiet plus is switchable for thru transom, or thru hub.

Thats what I thought , there looks like lots of room to me. It is on the 202 Islander which I was told is the same hull. Corsa says it will fit, but you have to pull the motor. I was just wondering if someone has done it .
Thanks

Is it that loud?

I took it off of my boat!

Look at mufflers that clamp on or do the new turn down pipes that are under water while off plane. Both are much cheaper and easier and very effective.

Same thought I was just going to post.

Look into external full time or switchable mufflers; or exhaust tip turn downs that put the exhaust underwater when you are on plane.
www.trickmarine.net carries all of them, as well as www.teaguecustommarine.com

Hi Dock, I got the cover you sent me it looks great. It is loud for the one lake we boat on . But that is a great idea with the other mufflers, I will look into it.
THanks everyone
