Okay everybody, dig into the way back machine. We have a customer trying to trade an older Chris Craft Scorpian in and two of the numbers are curiously worn off. The local Sheriff ran the partial and it is very close to a stolen number.

Were there second numbers engraved back then or is that just a myth?. Any idea where to look?
