Not till 2010 model in 2009, till them a 6.2 liter is the max. About a 10,000 lb rating for the 2500, down from the 12,000 you had with the 8.1 liter.
Ford is no longer building the Excursion, so NO diesels are available.

They've been saying that for while.....I remember waiting forthe 06 model year because they were going to be available then.
