One side K-Plane will go down but will not come back up. Other side works up and down.

Bad solenoid on the pump. 20 bucks

Could also be loose/broken wire to the solenoid....

At the pump, take everything apart and clean it up with a brass wire brush and re-connect everything. Corrosion is usually the culprit on things like this, or for most simple things on boats in general.

Regardless, start with simple first.
