Default Header blow by - what to do?

I have all new Y pipes (Corsa Quick & Quite exhaust) new V-clamps and gaskets and I am getting blow by (carbon deposits) from one of the connections at the header and Y-pipe. I have tried doubling up the gasket and it still blows by.
(See pic)

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions to relieve this is appreciated.

Thanks,
JB

I use a thin coating of permatex. It's kinda gold/ orange in color, and it stops the small leak around the flange.

Permatex® Ultra Copper® Maximum Temperature RTV Silicone Gasket Maker pn#101BR Just a thin layer will do, then wipe off the excess and you are good to go!

Also run the gasket. Coat both sides of the gasket with permatex.
