frogger,
The boat did not delaminate. What you might have seen is where the motor was banging against the hull when the mount broke. You might have asked what happened before you post things that are not correct.

No need to get nasty on me.
I know how it looks if a boat delaminates and I know where the engine is sitting.
Definetely not in the middle of the boat ;-)
Quite strange that you insist in somthing that you haven't seen, but I have seen.
I get the impression that you think that I want to turn down Dragon's results. That's not the case.
In that kind of conditions most boats get issues.

The 39 is a full epoxy layup and to my knowledge none of the hulls have failed in any way, I believe there was a collision with one in a trailering accident but completely unrelated to any race related damage.
Is there a chance we can get pics from one of your associates to confirm or disprove your claims please. Alot of things are sometimes taken out of context or just plain blown out of proportion, this could be something as a collision between a piece of debis or severe dock rash, a pic tells a thousand words and there are plenty of us qualified to discern delamination from something else. If you have a source I would love to see them.
