Volvo DPR Duoprop=merc blackhawk?
Is the volvo DPR duoprop supposed to be a surface piercing drive like a blackhawk? Looks to have a very short lower on it. Website says its developed for their D6 diesel. Any ideas?

No, none of the Volvo duoprops are designed to be a surface drive.
