Will a double roller timing chain fit under the stock cover?
Thanks

My builder used a double chain Rollmaster in my 500EFI's and it would just tap the raised sections under the cover...we ground them down and 6 motors have been running fine like that for 1-2 years.

Yes, with a little modification. Like t500 said, you have to grind the raised ribs down to the level of the rest of the cover. Eddie

Just the upper portion where the cam gear is. You may have to test fit and grind a few times to get it all.
