Hi guys! just thought I would ask the experts...I was looking through the classifieds and found this

Priced low IMO. Dull interior but big HP motor should run good. Is the hydraulic steering complete to the helm? Does it included a trailer?

I agree, priced low enough that lot's of updates could be done without losing your shirt. I'd offer 4K less and drop some bling into it and still have cash for any engine/drive issues.

I looked at a 288 with those exact colors and year 2 years ago in Maryland, cant remember the name of the dealer,that was a total POS. Motor was pieced together, hull damage. It was for sale for a LONG time for about that price. May be the same boat id check into it or have someone take a look at if before making a long trip. The factory can run the HIN also for you. Price seems low. On the other maybe its a nice boat at a great price!

The motor looks pieced together... mixed-matched parts. Definately get a survey.
