Theres also a lot of oso people in the toledo area that might look at it for you but a good hull survey is another thing.

Check out Davis & Co. I used them about a year ago, and they found a tiny crack in the botton of the 42 Sonic I was buying. I never saw it, but it turned out to cost almost $10,000 to properly fix. Best money I ever spent on boating.
