Will, nice meeting you yesterday. Sorry I couldn't chat with you longer, but I was on a mission...had our realtor/ boating friend in the car with us. Found a house we like off Chick's Beach. Want to get away from the rat race at the oceanfront and closer to our boating friends (and boat
