anyone know of a bank or loan center thats offering low rates, i have found some low rates but its on big $$$ amounts.. i only need $40,000 but i would like a decent term if possible.. right now my interest is 7.5% which is high, would like to get it much lower! thanks

7.5% is not high for boat loan rates today. The best rate out there for 40k is probably around 6.75-7% and that will only save you about $15-20 a month.
