Titan, Rob's way may take a little longer to copy and re write in your address book, but your way allows a spider bot that is trolling the site to harvest Rob's email address, and start hammering him with spam......

They are little programs that spammers can use to search a site like OSO for active email addresses, that's why you'll see people post their email addresses in written form, the program can't pick it up that way.
Just edit your post, and Rob should be fine.
Fot yourself, always post your email on a thread the way Rob did, and you will save your self headaches.

yes, programs can pick that up and start sending me all kinds of email junk... like mortgage brokers pushing crap.
