No caption, but I did that once to a brand new '86 Chevy dually pickup
Misjudged an interstate offramp and went straight as it curved. Hit a shallow drainage ditch with the front bumper. No body damage, just a frame folded in half.

My buddy had 5 or 6 longbed 1500 Chevy's in his fleet for years. One of the trucks was in for service and the mechanic lifted the truck off the ground with the lift points in the wrong place and bent the frame like the picture. Insurance company totalled the truck.
