Oil Releif Valves Gen 6 Block
Just tor down 500 efi motor for freshen up & noticed no oil releif valve in the main oil port, This is a merc factory motor. Is it missing or not needed ? IN the past all gen 5 & 6 blocks have had it.

are you talking about at the oil filter lines that hook up to the block?
