O.S.B.B.A is now taking applications
The time has come where we might as well unite and form a club. the group I am proposing is the
OSBBA. Offshore Scum Bag Boaters Association. The group will be lead by the supreme scumbag candyman and I will act as VP until someone outscums me.Part of the requirements of this club will be to keeps a 8' long piece of duct tape on the bottom of your hull so you can be immediately identified by other OSBBA members. You must also lay claim to a company and tell everyone that you are the owner, you may choose any (IE: ford, chevy, cigarette, honda). Only true scum and balla's need apply. this is not a club for your average person. if you think you have what it takes to be a member of this elite club let us know. If you are scummy enough you just might make it in
