They make an interesting fuel pump, ......fewer moving parts, high volume, high pressure, not priced to badly. Would they be ok for marine apps?

I Have Replaced A Couple Of Them, But Have Not Used Them.

Ran one a year and it failed, not a big fan.......

Hot Rod magazine did a test on them a while back. They had problems with cold start. The pump was bleeding back and emptying the fuel system. They added check valves and it helped. All in all, they were not that impressed.

Every one I've seen has had problems, stay away. If you want the best mechanical pump out there, go to CV products. There expensive but there the best you can buy, billet and can be rebuilt. There what the nascar guys used before the COT.
