I called him and he has the title but not in his name no title on the trailer and he is asking 5,000 for the rig kinda high for me no rigging at all just hull

I figured it was not in his name. Kinda fishey that this thing shows up not long after Al passed.

5K is high. It would cost 30K+ to rig that thing.
