Hope this doesn't hurt your feelings but I think you're about 10K too high, maybe even more if the boat doesn't have a trailer (you don't mention one in the description). I could have bought a clean 2000 32 last year for 75K and the markets gotten worse since then. Also there are multiple 2004 35 Ex's advertised for in the very low 100's.
