I think I know, but you sure can't tell with that photo. Could be anyone!

I basically put this up to get him going on putting up pictures (if he gets internet going at his hotel). Had a really good day. The bypass regulator did the trick. Had a minor technical issue, but I'll let the 'player to be named later' fill in the details!
