Anybody have any info on the course for the air races on the detroit river ? also wondering if they will have any boater access to the races ? should be a good show. let me know if anyone going.

The Detroit $15.00 spectator tickets are sold out, but they still have Windsor $10.00 spectator tickets.

my understanding is that the river will be closed from belle isle bridge to the ambassador from 9am-6pm both days. I plan on heading down there and seeing where everyone is lined up watching.

I called the city of detroit, and they told me that there will be a designated area at each end of the river for recreational boaters, but it would be well outside of the saftey zone - not sure what that means exactly.
