I'm certain some may have ready about it by now, but the Red Bull Air Race is slated to come to Detroit on May 31 and June 1st. Should be a great weekend to spend near Belle Isle (which is where I'd expect them to hold the race).

Does anyone know the layout if you want to view from your boat?? I'm sure they keep you pretty far away but I wonder if it's worthwhile to go by boat?
