guy purchased boat on ebay with offer of me delivering in summerset ky got there this morning my guy was two hrs early so went to get an oil change gets back guy came and left said wasnt what he thought after going over and over with him about boat sent over 70 pics measured scratches took pics with hand on side of pic to show size went thru every detail selling him the 02 36 eliminator for 92k as is now wont answer phone

now im out another 3k in delivery cost and putting my guy in hotel and his pay i have no luck with this boat its like a cloud that keeps following me .

believe it or not no..... i specified about 10 times need deposit said he was a car dealer and was paying cash money and didnt want to run the money thru the bank had a great ebay response and sold a ton of vehicules on ebay i should of none better the bad thing is he could of just said sorry made a mistake here is the cost of travel instead dont answer phone some people just need to man up..... is it getting to the point where no one cares about there word these days....

Sounds like you need to go through eBay and get him for breach of contract.

well another stupid doing of mine

he made a best offer of 92000.00 and will pay in full when i deliver boat to summerset ky i countered with will take 92k and will deliver but need deposit before boat leaves he explains that cant send deposit because of banking issues must of talked to him for 5 days about 30 times seemed like a straight up guy so i okayed deal when i looked today after he rolled out with out a call and shows by ebay that i countered and didnt accept

I've had many people left me standing at the ramp empty handed. It happens all the time.

It would take me all day to tell you the number of times that has happened to me. And people wonder why boat dealers are leary of the public.
