it runs from the gunwale under the flooring to the tank. u should be able remove the screws that hold the filler to the hull. i think the hose then connects to that filler. thats how mine was when i was poking around one time when running speaker wires.

Are you putting in a locking one or quick fill?

ahhhhhhh, now I understand what you're asking.

You have to go from the inside if it was done right. One of the screws through the neck should be through bolted and have a ground wire from the tank attached. The hose also needs to be double clamped.

I Am Replacing The Whole Thing Since I Lost My Cap And Cant Find A Replacementthe One I Found Looks Just Like It But The Cap Threads Are Different So I Have To Pull And Replace The Whole Thing Instead Of Just The Cap I Pulled The Glove Box But Will Have To Drill Big Hole To Get To It Other Option Looks Like If I Tearout My Speaker And Part Of The Wall Looks Like I Could Get To It Just Wandered If Any Had Done This

There should be a way to access it from somewhere with cutting a hole. They had to install it somehow and be able connect the hose.
