Tachs adjustments ?

Tachs adjustments ?
Problem.. Garfig analog tachs, with Merc samrtcraft 14 pint harness.
Port shows a few nundred RPM's less then straboard.
Actual motor RPM's per computer is close. I know there are some adjustmens screws iin the back of the tachs. but is there any easy way to sync them ??
