Default Too Much $$ For A New Cover ???

I need a new replacement cockpit cover for '97 Top Gun. My local canvas shop wants $1650 for a basic sunbrella cover plus another $500 to add an accent color on the edges to match my paint(and my old cover). That sounds way high to me. Am I correct or have cover costs gone up that much????
Thanks-

I believe that price is way high. i just had a full custom , two tone, sunbrella mooring cover made for my 292, and it only ran, $1150. I think I'd shop that number around a bit.Good luck

Default Sunbrella !

Hey... Sunbrella is way over rated and priced. Try going back the guy and ask him to requote it out of Surlast. You can get it from the same vendor as Sunbrella... ( Glen Raven )
