guys,
I have had fun restoring this 28ss but dont seem to have the time to work on it and even less time to enjoy it.
I will be advertising it soon locally and here on OSO if anyone has an interest PM me.
I figure I will give OSO members first crack at it.
Thanks
Chris

Hey Chris Sorry to see you selling her
Been working SLOWLY on mine ... with prices of fuel and oldest daughter's graduation this past month I have not been too motivated. Going to get back to work on her this Thu
If you're free call me and stop by to check it out. I'm off for 7 days starting Thursday ... maybe we can motivate each other LOL

Bill,
the steering is hynautic K5 that I had strippied and nickle plated. the helm pump is a capilano variable ration unit. overall the steering is good. a little stiff by todays standards at low speeds but the faster you go the better it gets.

Bill,
a few people told me that these boats dont really need them because of how well they are ballanced. So I didn't put them back on - They were right - the boat pops on plane great, is well balanced and run solid as a rock . I have yet to be in a situation that I wish I had the tabs.

Len,
I have had quite a few calls and I also have the boat advertised locally. but no one has come to look at the boat or make an offer.
I am really quite suprised - let me now if you are still interested
