I have heard sprint works over there. Any others?

I was in Nassau two weeks ago and had no problems making calls on my verizon phone.

How about internet availability?

In nassau, or on Grand bahama and Bimini sprint and verizion should work. If you are traveling through the out islands your best route is to get a phone from Batelco. I spent some time in the exumas and verizon wouldn't work @ all but I was able to get a phone through Batelco to use while there.

As far as internet is concerned, most large hotels and airports will have wi-fi. Also, in many areas the government buildings will have wi-fi as well (obviously in areas like the exumas my verizon air card was worthless).
