Default 2008 LOTO Shootout participants please read

Good day all,

This year I will again be working as part of the broadcast team for KRMS Radio and Charter cable channel 9 for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout. KRMS broadcasts the event live on AM 1150 at the lake and simulcasts on local cable 9 at the lake as well as web streaming audio.

As in the past I would like to gather information on you, the participants, over and above what little disinformation that you put on the registration forms so I can share something about you.

Things like:
Your home town and home lake:
Specifics about your boat, year, make, model, power, drives, props and so on.
Past shootout experience if any
Other racing accomplishments (doesn’t have to be just boats)
Anything else you’d like people to know about you and your crew if any!

You can PM me or drop me an e-mail at [email protected]

Thanks in advance and look forward to seeing one an all again in about 6 weeks!
Mike Alford

You should have all my info from past years.

Only thing different is that I'm looking for a new
sponsor this year.

Art Vandalay no longer around?

I'll look I don't usually keep the prior years stuff so when you secure that new sponsor, you should drop me a new e-mail.

Latex isn't doing so hot now.

.....The Bada-Bing... Silvio got shot
in the final episode, I don't know if he
made it.

McNamara & Troy cosmetic surgery...I've
lost contact with them, since their move to
Hollywood.

I've got a couple more in mind.....I'll shoot the
info to you soon

Not cancelled, just moved to a new location at Captain Ron's at the 34mm. Still the same weekend..Aug 22-24th.

There is more info and several threads in the Midwest section of the board.

I'll second that. He is for sure the only one on there that actually knows a thing or two about boats. Keep up the good work Mike.
