Can repaired props be labbed?

Can repaired props be labbed?
One of the 26" B1 props that came on my 386 Sonic looks like it has had work done, I'm not sure what. Just has a rough finish, looks like sanding marks kind of. Can a prop that has been repaired be labbed? I've got room to gain rpm's and would like to have the props done.

Yes Labbed props can be repaired.
We would want to see the current props before determining the adjustability.
