Did you contact the firm I told you about? They aren't BK lawyers but they are as badazz as you can get in SC.

Do not get a lawyer that does not speciliaze in bankruptcy - I don't care how badazz they are. I work on the tax side of bankruptcy. Make sure you get a lawyer who has cira credentials - certified insolvancy & restructering advisors. They also need to be members of the AIRA - association of insolvance and restructering advisors.

The situation is I bought a car outright from a corner car lot. My bank cashed the autoloan check before they got the title for the car as most banks do (through good faith) But he went under and never paid off the floor plan bank, and sending out the title.

I already spoke to the floor plan bank in SC they said sorry get a lawyer.


I was told a judge can order the bank to turn the title over if I can prove ( which I can) that the car was paid for in full.
