The "NEW" 188th Street.
We all had a good cry when the demolished our place of worship.
Just thought I would pass along what has taken it's place.
It's pretty amazing. Closings begin next month. I will try to get some finished pics.

They will if I can do anything about it.
Maybe a true believer tossed one of the Madallions in there when they were building it. Like the RedSux jersey in Yankee stadium.

Ok, they kick out all of the boat builders and then build a building that looks like boat. Is it me or does that building look like a cruise ship? Maybe we need to get as many units/slips there as possible and line that dock with go fasts!

I am doing my best to make that happen. The place rocks. There are 27 units still available. I would be in the line if I didn't love Palm Beach county.
Jassman- The average price for a unit is hovering near $1.4 million.
If you look at the website though I think you can see the value per square foot.
