The Sunsation is a georgous boat from nose to stern - no corners cut ! Great ride , takes a lot of power to go 85+mph. "BIG" Plus...Call the factory , either owner , Wayne or Joe will come to the phone anytime! Good luck !

Easy answer on one issue that should factor VERY HIGHLY in a purchase that expensive. FACTORY SUPPORT. It just does not get any better then Sunsation's - period. They truely are second to NO ONE!
Fit and finish and rigging on the Sunsation is easily hands down better then the first couple choices you've listed. Check out the strakes and transom edge on a Sunsation, crisp well defined edge/edges. Awesome gel work without the "production look" work you'll see on the mass produced boats your looking at -look down the hull sides from all angles and you'll see the pride built into the Sunsations. No splices in the rub rails, rather one piece. (nothing looks worse and say's "cheap" IMO then seeing a builder splice the rub rail/channels) Check out the padding on the sun deck vs the competition and see how there wil be gaps on one side or the other of the sundeck on the mass produced lines. These are just a FEW of the differences you'll see if your actually willing to see them. There's plenty more examples of the quality differences between a Sunsation product vs a mass produced one.
You won't see ANY lack of attention on a Sunsation. There's a reason Sunsation is selling boats and prospering in a poor market condition where others are closing, laying off, etc.

Sunsation- hi this is Joe (co-owner), what is the HIN#, hang on I will pull the file. Yep that boat was a XX year, with a XYZ motor and was delivered to a guy in Main Street, USA. I can call the dealer that sold it new to see if he has any service records on it. Did you have any questions about the boat I can answer? Oh it needs a Sunsation only part, I will get that shipped out to you tommorow, here is my cell #. Call me when you get the part and I will help you put it in over the phone.
You can buy any boat you want (Cigarette, Outerlimits, you name it) but you won't talk to the owner of the company if you randomly call at 7am on a Tuesday to ask what type of batteries should go in the boat.
Call Sunsation and ask for Joe- 810-794-4888. If you do you will buy a Sunsation.....new or used doesn't matter they will treat you like you just bought a 43 with 1200 Mercs.

I'll refer you to my post on the Formula forum - where you posted there and all the Formula guys are saying factory support is second to none.
Having owned both, and having friends that own Sunsation, others owning Formula - I absolutely guarentee there is no comparison in support. Formula factory support is fine - but nobody holds a candle to the support you will get from Wayne and Joe.

Call the factory where all these boats were made and ask a question about a specific boat (have hull vin# handy).
