Default Sawzall again MTI

The MTI would not fit in the garage so I pulled out my trusty sawzall. No top...... Fits by 1/2" now. LOL

And everyone thinks I'm the crazy one. Nice job Brad but then again we don't expect anything less.

Couldn't you just raise the door opening???

I wanted a new boat. This will keep me from getting bored with the boat for a while. After I made the cut it dawned on me that maybe it would fit in the garage at home. It does by fit by just 1/2". I was 12" too tall before, not including the scoop.

Notice the escape hatch in the floor is glassed in. That took me a full day. Balsa core was needed to raise the floor area over the hatch. I discovered the hull and the deck are carbon fiber/epoxy construction. Light weight and expensive. No more seat belts either. Going to be a full on pleasure boat. Thinking about pulling power out of the engines as well by lowering boost.
