Default Creating custom avatar?...

Okay, I'm experimenting and followed directions but the picture has to be no larger than "64x64 pixels". I have MS Photo-Editor and Photo-draw. How do I lower my pixels?.....

In MS Photo Editor, go to upper toolbar option "IMAGE", once drop down is listed, click on "RESIZE". Once that is done, a new window should pop up on the screen indicating width, height etc...

In the lower right hand corner of that window is a small drop down arrow under "INCHES", click the drop down arrow and grab "PIXELS" and make the picture no larger than the 66 x 66 and hit "OK".. Should be all it takes.
